Glock’s Dream Boy or ‘Dreamy’ is the son of Vivaldi. Dream Boy was the first offspring of Vivaldi to be approved in the Netherlands. Dream Boy’s pedigree boasts the names of very influential dressage sires; his dam sire, Ferro, is the grandfather to Valegro.
Due to his success in the competition ring, Dream Boy’s owners decided that it was best for the stallion to take a break from his breeding duties while he built up to the 2018 Tyron World Equestrian Games. It was then in 2018 that Dream Boy joined the N.O.P., the Dutch Olympic Foundation. The stallion went on to be a part of the Dutch Team that was victorious at the Cup of Nations CHIO of Rotterdam.
Dream Boy has numerous offspring including several approved stallions. His daughter, Magna Charta, was the 2020 Dutch Champion mare in hand. His son, Dynamic Dream, was a Westphalian champion and sold for a very impressive price of €1,9 mln. Another successful son, Blue Horse Monte Carlo TC, took the top spot in his performance test and is a premium stallion.
The sixteen-year-old stallion will continue with his breeding duties. HQ Pro wishes Glock’s Dream Boy N.O.P. a very happy and well-earned retirement.
