HQ spoke to Kate Aitken who sells the Stride product range in the Eastern Cape region.
What made you start selling Stride products?
I have always been a fan of the Stride product range. I have used items from the range on my own competition horses with great results in the past. The fact that the product is legal to use within our competition regulations means it is something that I can wholeheartedly believe in. Are you a horse rider yourself?
Yes, I have been involved in the equestrian field for 24 years as a rider, official, judge and brand ambassador. I have also been part of many fundraising ventures! I am based on a small holding in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
Do you have a horse of your own – if so, please tell us a little bit about them?
I am lucky enough to have two of my own competition horses at the moment. One is a young Warmblood, who is in training and will be testing the ropes in the ring soon. And the second one is a Thoroughbred, whom I have only had a short time. Both horses have rather spunky personalities and are eager to please so we have many fun hours together!
What products do you sell?
