Stuart and his horse, Ferhill Xquisite (Mo as he is known in the stable) have had a partnership since the middle of 2011 when Stuart acquired Mo from Carol Gee’s Fernhill stable in Ireland. Together the two have achieved MER’s at their last four 3* starts. Their jumping record is a particular strength, with just one pole being knocked in the last five 3* showjumping rounds, and a consistent record of competitively fast cross country rounds. In June of 2015 Stuart and Mo achieved their Rio Olympic qualification with a double clear around Bramham CCI3*. At just 12 years of age Mo has the peak of his competitive career ahead of him. Stuart recently took time off his busy professional riding career to marry Alice who works for a firm of Solicitors in the United Kingdom. They are presently honeymooning in Kenya after which Stuart will be competing in the 2015 Polo International Horse Trials event.
