Q: I love hacking but don’t really enjoy schooling or competing. Someone at the yard told me recently that I’m wasting my pony’s potential. Is she right?
A: All ponies just want to feel safe, be free from pain and have freedom to move around, food, water, shelter and friends. No pony ever thinks about the rosettes or trophies they could win, so you really don’t need to worry about what was said to you.
As long as you look after your pony well and enjoy what you do together, you’ll both be happy, so try to ignore what that person said and keep on enjoying your hacks!
