FLATWORK FEBRUARY #27: LITTLE CIRCLE/BIG CIRCLE

To ride this exercise, travel down the long side of your arena, making a smallish circle in one corner, and then a larger circle in the diagonally opposite corner.

Vary which corners you ride the small and large circles in. Make the exercise more challenging by varying your speed, or cantering the large circle and trotting the small circle.

This exercise increases suppleness with the smaller circle, and improves balance on circles of varying sizes.
